Whether your looking to reach peak performance or just get into shape, GetFit4u workouts will yield results

GetFit4u is a five-week outdoor fitness program that offers intense fitness instructions, motivational tips and nutritional coaching. GetFit4u leaves behind the “old-style” notion of long and slow moderate classes and replaces it with powerful, high intensity workouts that will leave our clients of all fitness levels feeling accomplished. All our workouts are designed around fun and energizing activities, which helps our clients achieve their fitness goals. In addition, GetFit4u provides personal training session for those not interested in a group workout.

What We Offer

    1)
One hour group fitness class five days a week from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m.
    2) Nutritional coaching. Eating healthy will help you maintain a healthy body weight and reduce the risk of
        chronic diseases.
    3) Personal Training Sessions that will help you reach your fitness goals.
    4) Custom workout routines to ensure results. Your workout routine will be designed specifically based on
        your goals and assessment.
    5) Meal plans to help you reach your weight loss goals. Each meal plan provides a balance of
        carbohydrates, proteins and fats as well as the right vitamins.
    6)
Supplement recommendations based on your fitness goals and personal needs.
    7)
Youth nutrition and fitness training.
